CONDITION AND LOCATION OF RENTAL ITEMS
We request that the rented items are ready for collection in the exact location they were initially dropped off. For the safety and convenience of our staff and to expedite the pickup process, you are responsible for wiping and stacking the rentals before our arrival.
Additional fees may be applied for dirty or improperly stacked rental items. Cleaning fees start at $25, and stacking fees total $10 per item. These charges, if applicable, will be processed on the credit card used for the initial payment.
ACCESSIBILITY DURING PICKUP
Upon our arrival, direct access to the rental items is necessary to avoid any potential delays or extra fees. If our team experiences a wait time exceeding 15 minutes, a labor charge of $25 will be imposed for every subsequent 15-minute increment.
